RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we carefully consider all refund requests.

Refund requests can be sent to us within 30 days of original purchase date.

All products to be returned must not be opened, have 80% left of the product, or exhibit a defect.

All packaging, boxes, and accessories that came with the original product(s) must be returned.

To return a product, you will need to submit a return request from your order window.
Our customer service team will email you from contact@saffirevapor.com within 24-48 hours of your request, and will request the following information:

- Order Number
- Return Reason
- Photos Of Product Condition

If accepted, you will need to send the unit(s) back to the address provided by customer service.

Upon our receipt of the product(s), you will be refunded the original purchase price minus shipping and handling.

Refused or returned packages or product(s) that are sent to us without prior approval from customer service are not eligible for a refund.
